甘南州尖顶羊肚菌菌丝体液体发酵培养研究

摘  要:
对甘南藏族自治州尖顶羊肚菌进行液体发酵培养,以干菌丝体得率为指标,设计正交试验优化其液体发酵培养基和培养条件。实验结果表明最佳培养基组合为白砂糖30 g.L-1、豆粕粉15 g.L-1、KH2PO40.75 g.L-1、MgSO4.7H2O 0.5g.L-1、维生素B10.03 g.L-1。最优液体发酵条件为温度25℃,培养液初始pH7,接种量10 mL,转速120 r.min-1,培养时间8 d。

摘  要:
The medium and liquid fermentation conditions of Morchella conica which growed in Gannan Tibetan autonomous prefecture was studied in the paper as the index to dry mycelia yield by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the best medium components was sugar(30 g·L-1),soybean powder(15 g·L-1),KH2PO4(0.75 g·L-1),MgSO4·7H2O(0.5 g·L-1) and vitamin B1(0.03 g·L-1).The optimal conditions of liquid fermentation were showed as follows:the temperature was 25℃,the initial pH was 7,the strains for inoculation quantity was 10 mL,the rotate speed was 120 r·min-1 and culture time was 8 days.
