球等鞭金藻3011絮凝效应的研究

摘  要:
[目的]实现球等鞭金藻3011在生产性培养中的浓缩收集。[方法]采用一级保种培养、二级扩种培养及三级开放式生产性培养方式,研究絮凝试剂种类、浓度及絮凝时间对球等鞭金藻3011絮凝效应。[结果]在三角锥瓶中,明矾浓度为0.5~1.1g/L时,45min后90%以上的藻液絮凝;氢氧化钙浓度为0.7~1.1g/L时,15min后藻液上清液基本澄清;硫酸锌浓度为0.9和1.1g/L时,240min后80%以上的藻液絮凝;硫酸铝浓度为0.5~1.1g/L时,120min后藻液上清液基本澄清;聚合氯化铝浓度为0.7~1.1g/L时,45min后藻液上清液基本澄清。在白桶中,240min内1.0g/L氢氧化钙的絮凝效果最显著,硫酸锌的絮凝效果不显著;0.5和1.0g/L明矾和硫酸铝和1.0g/L聚合氯化铝均有一定的絮凝效果。在开放式水池中,0.5和1.0g/L明矾和氢氧化钙的絮凝效果显著。[结论]明矾和氢氧化钙适宜应用于藻种生产性培养的浓缩收集。

摘  要:
[Objective] The purpose was to realize the concentration and gathering of Isochrysis galbana 3011 in productive culture.[Method]The influence of kinds and concn.of flocculating agents and flocculation time on the flocculated effect of Isochrysis galbana 3011 was studied through first-grade seed-conservation culture,second-grade seed-expansive culture and third-grade open productive culture.[Result] In Erlenmeyer flask,when the alum concn.was 0.5-1.1 g/L,more than 90% algae solution was flocculated after 45 min;when the calcium hydroxide concn.was 0.7-1.1 g/L,the supernatant of algae solution was basically clear after 15 min;when the zinc sulfate concn.was 0.9 and 1.1 g/L,more than 80% algae solution was flocculated after 240 min;when the aluminum sulfate concn.was 0.5-1.1 g/L,the supernatant of algae solution was basically clear after 120 min;when the polymerized aluminum chloride concn.was 0.7-1.1 g/L,the supernatant of algae solution was basically clear after 45 min.In white bucket,the flocculation effect of 1.0 g/L calcium hydroxide was most significant in 240 min and that of zinc sulfate was not significant;0.5 and 1.0 g/L alum and aluminum sulfate and 1.0 g/L polymerized aluminum chloride had certain flocculation effect.In open pool,the flocculation effects of 0.5 and 1.0 g/L alum and calcium hydroxide were significant.[Conclusion] Alum and calcium hydroxide were suitable to apply in concentration and gathering of seed algae in productive culture.
