玉米根际促生细菌的筛选及鉴定

摘  要:
通过发芽试验筛选玉米根际土壤中的促生细菌,将初筛获得的菌株分别制成菌悬液拌种处理种子,进行实验室盆栽出苗试验.进而筛选出具有促进生长性能、且在干旱胁迫条件下提高种子抗旱性的菌株,最终获得2株既有促进生长作用又兼有提高抗旱性菌株B1和B2,经形态学和生理生化指标的测定,初步鉴定为胶质芽孢杆菌(Bacillus mucilaginosus)和枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis),为研制促生抗旱玉米拌种菌剂奠定基础。

摘  要:
Plant growth promoting bacteria were isolated from rhizosphere soil of maize in the screening by germination test,All the strains isolated from the preliminary screening were made bacterium suspension separately,then composited together.The experiment for the potted emergence in the laboratory was conducted for screening the strains which could promote growth performance and improve the drought resistance of seeds under water stress.Two strains Bl and B2 could promote maize growth and improve the drought resistance,by morphological observation,physiological and biochemical index identification.They are Bacillus mucilaginosus and Bacillus subtilis.the experimental results provide the scientific basis to develop the growth promoting and drought resisting composite microbial seed dressing agent of maize.
