摘  要：
　以实际例子对城镇土地定级中因素指标选取及权重求取作了详细分析和论述。在对因素指标初步选取的基础上,通过对选取的因素相关指标进行方差贡献分析、逐步计算,根据方差贡献大小从而确定因素指标并求出各个指标权重值。

摘  要：
When calculating the factor indexes in grading the land of city and town,usually there are made some errors in selecting the indexes and fixing their weight value.The paper gives a detail analysis and discussion on using practical examples.Based on preliminary selection,after calculating and analyzing the square deviation, the final factor indexes for land grading are determined and their weight values are fixed.
