多环麝香中间体六甲基茚满的催化合成

摘  要:
以对伞花烃为原料,叔戊醇作烷基化试剂,对合成多环麝香中间体1,1,2,3,3,5-六甲基茚满反应的催化剂种类及影响因素进行对比研究。结果表明:以自制Fe2(SO4)3/AlCl3固体超强酸为催化剂,用量为10%,对伞花烃与叔戊醇的摩尔比为2.0∶1.0,反应温度为8℃,滴加反应时间为2.5 h,六甲基茚满的产率最高,为15.88%。

摘  要:
The types of catalysts and influencing factors were studied in the synthesis of 1,1,2,3,3,5-hexamethyl indane,using p-cymene as raw material and tert-amyl alcohol as alkylation reagent.The maximum yield of 1,1,2,3,3,5-hexamethylindane(15.88%) were obtained as the dosage of the self-made Fe2(SO4)3/AlCl3 solid superacid catalyst 10%,the molar ratio of p-cymene to tert-amyl alcohol 2.0∶1.0,reaction temperature 8 degrees C,and the reaction time 2.5 h.
