同时产甲烷反硝化在UASB反应器中的实现

摘  要:
接种厌氧颗粒污泥的小试UASB反应器,以含葡萄糖和NaNO3(COD∶NO3--N=10∶1)的自配水为进水,温度在35℃左右,HRT在14~20 h之间,经过76天的运行,成功实现了同时产甲烷反硝化功能。UASB反应器的COD和NO3--N的负荷分别为15.55 kgCOD.m-3d-1和1.55 kgNO3--N.m-3d-1时,二者的去除率分别达到95%和接近100%;当反应器的负荷继续提高至25 kgCOD.m-3d-1和2.5 kgNO3--N.m-3d-1时,反应器对COD和NO3--N的去除率均持续下降,颗粒污泥逐渐解体,降低负荷至10 kgCOD.m-3d-1和1.0 kgNO3--N.m-3d-1并运行20 d,仍未见明显好转。

摘  要:
Simultaneous methanogenesis and denitrification was successfully realized in a lab-scale UASB reactor after 76 days' operation,which was inoculated with anaerobic granular sludge,using synthetic wastewater containing glucose and NaNO_3,and the ratio of COD/ NO_3~——N was maintained at about 10∶1,the temperature was around 35 ℃±1 ℃,and the hydraulic retention time of the UASB reactor was about 14~20 h.When the COD and NO_3~——N loading rates were about 15.55 kg COD·m~(-3)d~(-1) and 1.55 kg NO_3~——N·m~(-3)d~(-1) respectively,the removal efficiencies for COD and NO_3~——N reached 95% and 100% respectively.But when the loading rates of the UASB reactor were increased to about 25 kg COD·m~(-3)d~(-1) and 2.5 kg NO_3~——N·m~(-3)d~(-1) respectively in a short time,the removal efficiencies for COD and NO_3~——N were decreased continually.Then loading rates were decreased to about 10 kg COD·m~(-3)d~(-1) and 1.0 kg NO_3~——N·m~(-3)d~(-1),after 20 days' operation,the performance of the reactor could not be recovered.
