自发气调贮藏对青脆李品质的影响

摘  要:
研究了0℃下自发气调贮藏保鲜青脆李的效果,结果表明,与聚乙烯(PE)打孔薄膜袋(对照)相比,聚乙烯(PE)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)和高渗出二氧化碳保鲜袋3种自发气调包装袋均可减缓青脆李果实硬度和可滴定酸含量的下降,延缓果实衰老。与聚氯乙烯、高渗出二氧化碳保鲜袋相比,0.02 mm厚的PE袋包装贮藏的青脆李保鲜效果较好,贮藏75 d仍能保持良好的品质。

摘  要:
In this paper,effect of modified atmosphere package on Prunus americana fruit was studied.The results showed that PE,PVC and CO2 hypertonic package treatments significantly inhibited the reduction of fruit firmness and titratable acid content and delayed aging of the Prunus americana fruit in comparison with CK.PE package of 0.02 mm thickness was more suitable for the Prunus americana fruit to keep good quality after 75 days storage under 0 ℃.
