小叶女贞中石蒜碱超声提取的工艺优化

摘  要:
为探索小叶女贞石蒜碱的最佳提取工艺条件,以小叶女贞石蒜碱的提取率为考察指标,以乙醇为提取剂,采用单因素和正交试验考察乙醇浓度、料液比、超声提取时间、提取温度等因素对小叶女贞石蒜碱提取率的影响。结果表明:小叶女贞石蒜碱的最适宜提取工艺条件是乙醇浓度60%,料液比1∶18,超声提取时间35min,超声提取温度45℃,该条件下小叶女贞石蒜碱提取率为0.182%。

摘  要:
To explore the optimum extraction conditions of lycorine from L.quihoui,the influence factors on L.quihoui lycorine extraction yield,including ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic extraction time and leaching temperature,were researched by adopting the single factor and orthogonal test design with extraction rate as an index and ethanol as the extraction solvent.The optimum extraction conditions of lycorine from L.quihoui included ethanol concentration 60%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶18,ultrasonic extraction time 35 min and ultrasonic extraction temperature 45℃.Under these conditions lycorine extraction rate could reach 0.182%.
