中国柑橘出口短期优势的持久性实证分析

摘  要：
加入东盟以来,我国柑橘出口量与出口额都显著增加,但是却没达到应有的预期,这就为作者提出了新的论题。柑橘产品本应是劳动密集型产品,中国又是人力资源丰富国家,理应是中国出口的优势。但是人口政策也从侧面反映我国人口增长的衰减趋势。该研究主要从劳动力成本角度,研讨中国柑橘出口短期优势的是否还存在,分析其可持久性。运用自回归移动平均模型对中国柑橘出口优势的持久性进行了短期预测,结果说明柑橘出口优势还存在,但是这种优势正在逐渐衰落。根据分析结果提出了增强我国柑橘出口优势的建议。

摘  要：
Since joining the association of ASEAN,the citrus export quantity and export quota have increased significantly,but it did not achieve our expectation,so it brings new thesis to us.Citrus products belong to the labor-intensive products,China is abundant human resources country,labor resource is advantage in China.But population policy shows that China 's agricultural labor force is in the declining situation.Whether the advantage about citrus exports for short-term exists in China was analyzed from the perspective of labor cost,as well as the durability.Using ARMA model,the sustainability of citrus export advantage was predicted on short-term.The result proved that the advantage is still existing,but it is gradually decline.Finally,several suggestions for enhancing citrus export advantage of China were put forward.
