摘 要：
海洋渔民作为不同于农民和城市居民的特殊群体,因受社会变迁和社会政策等制度因素影响,其在社会系统结构中所处的位置越来越趋于"边缘化"。同时海洋渔民属于高风险职业,其面临的健康风险远高于普通农民。这主要由于海洋渔民健康除受职业特殊性影响外,还受各种政策因素影响,如经济、政治、文化、社会和法律政策等,其中经济政策、文化政策和社会政策对海洋渔民健康的影响比较明显。

摘 要：
Unlike farmers and urban residents,marine fishermen are special group.Because of the impact of institutional factors on social change and social policy,their position in the social system become more and more "marginalized." At the same time,the marine fishermen is an occupation of high risks and faces more health risks than normal farmers.In addition to the special nature of the occupation,various policy factors also affect the health of marine fishermen,such as economic policy,political policy,cultural policy,social policy,legal policy and so on.Among them,economic policy,cultural policy and social policy have obvious effects on the health of marine fishermen.
