农业学术期刊信息化管理体系初探

摘  要：
随着农业科研领域数字化、信息化、网络化程度的不断加强,农业学术期刊的发展前景也不断扩大。文献载量增加,出版周期缩短,作者和读者群体队不断壮大,已成为各个期刊社的普遍发展现状,传统的管理期刊管理方法已达不到当今编辑工作“时效强、效率高”的要求。基于此现状,笔者在进行期刊的管理和编辑工作中,将数据库技术与FTP技术、HTTP技术和ASP技术等多种IT技术相结合,建立了适用于农业学术期刊稿件管理工作的信息化管理体系,经过一段时间的使用,证明该体系提高了笔者所在编辑部的工作效率,并且具有一定的推广前景。

摘  要：
Along with the continuous strengthening of agricultural researches in the application of information digitalization,IT application and Internet technologies,the development of agricultural academic periodicals have also witnessed expanded development situation.In order to adapt paper management work to the expanded demand of increasing number of papers and authors,this paper has briefly introduced an IT application management system of agricultural academic periodicals based on the common information technologies.After its usage in author's department,it has shown that this system can help improve work efficiency and is worthy of popularization.
