不同杀菌剂对梨果实采后青霉病菌的室内毒力测定

摘 要:
为筛选防治梨果实采后青霉病菌(Penicillium expansum)有效药剂,试验采用牛津杯法测定了不同药剂对P.expansum的毒力.结果表明:所供9种药剂对P.expansum均有一定抑菌作用,其中20%抑霉唑对P.expansum的抑菌效果最好,其EC50值为2.032 mg/L,30%丁吡戊唑醇、50%啶酰菌胺和12%咯菌腈次之,EC50依次为4.065,24.178,48.090 mg/L,而25%吡唑醚菌酯的抑菌效果最差,其EC50值高达510.023 mg/L.

摘 要:
Toxicity test was carried out with oxford cup to screen effective fungicides against Penicillium expansum in this study. The results showed that 20% Imazalil achieved the best inhibition effect with EC50 value of 2.032 mg/L. 30% Tebuconazole, 50% Boscalid and 12% Fludioxonil followed, and the EC50 was 4.065,24.178,48.090 mg/L, respectively. 25% Pyraclostrobin was the worst, with its EC50 value of 510.023 mg/L.
