甘蓝型油菜隐性核不育单交种与三交种的比较

摘  要：
利用甘蓝型油菜隐性核不育两用系、临时保持系、恢复系分别配制的单交种、三交种，进行杂种优势比较试验，结果表明：三交种在经济性状、抗性及产量等方面略优于单交种。三交种完全可以取代单交种，从而省去利用核不育两用系配制杂交种时，需要拔去５０％ 的可育株，从而减少劳动强度，提高制种产量，提高经济效益。

摘  要：
Comparison of recessive genetic male sterile triple and single cross hybrids in rapeseed ( Brassica napus L.) indicated that there were no significant differences in yield, resistance (tolerance)to sclerotinia stem rot and other agronomic characters among those hybrids.The triple cross hybrids can be commercially used instead of single cross hybrids,so that it did not need to get rid of 50% male fertile plants in producing hybrid seeds,and lowed the cost,improved the yield of hybrid seeds production.
