摘  要：
以"卓越计划"视域下内蒙古农业大学水土保持与荒漠化防治专业建设为契机,从卓越农林人才培养的目标出发,围绕教学内容、教学方法与实践应用,提出微课教学、案例式教学、研究型教学、实践型教学、动态管理、导师制等相结合的教学方式,激发学生热爱专业的劲头,使学生更深入、直观地掌握教学内容,提高专业理论知识和科学研究素养及创新能力,为我国水土保持与荒漠化防治专业卓越农林人才创新能力的培养和提升提供理论依据和智力支撑。

摘  要：
Taking the specialty construction of water and soil conservation and desertification control in Inner Mongolia Agricultural University under view of exzellenzin initiative project as an good opportunity,aim for excellent agricultural and forestry talents cultivation and pay more attention for teaching concept. Around teaching content,method and practical application,this research put forward optimize teaching model,such as small class teaching,case teaching,research teaching,practical teaching,dynamic management and tutorial system. The teaching method will motivate students to like their major and let students master teaching content more deeply and intuitive,which can help students improve professional theoretical knowledge,scientific research accomplishment and innovation ability. The reform efforts application and promotion will provide basis theory and intelligence support for excellent agricultural and forestry talent's innovation ability cultivation of water and soil conservation and desertification control in China.
