生物炭浸提液对盐胁迫水稻幼苗生长的调节作用机制

摘  要:
生物炭是一种可以改良土壤、提高作物产量和品质的新型农林废弃物再利用材料,在其加工时可以产生某些具有生物活性的水溶性分子,通过水溶液振荡方式可制备成含有水溶活性分子的生物炭浸提液。利用生物炭浸提液水培系统培养水稻幼苗,探讨生物炭浸提液中活性分子对水稻幼苗耐盐性的影响。结果表明,生物炭浸提液可以缓解由盐胁迫造成的水稻种子萌发抑制、幼苗生长缓慢,以及地上部鲜重、存活率和叶绿素含量的下降,MDA含量升高。实时定量RT-PCR结果显示,生物炭浸提液可以使盐胁迫下水稻钾离子转运蛋白编码基因Os HAK7和Os HAK10的表达量分别提高2.5倍和3.4倍。综上可见,生物炭浸提液可以提高盐胁迫下水稻幼苗的抗氧化能力和对盐胁迫的耐受性。

摘  要:
Biochar is a new type renewable material via pyrolysis of agricultural and forest residues, which could increase the yield and quality of crop by improving the structure and fertility of the soil. In this test, the biochar-leach liquor was made by shaking biochar with water, and a hydroponic experiment amended was conducted to explore the effect of the biochar-leach liquor on salt-tolerance of rice seedlings. It is showed that biochar-leach liquor partly recovered the inhibition on seed germination, seedlings growth, fresh weight of shoots, chlorophyll content, survival rate, and the increase of MDA content caused by salt stress. Consistently, it is also found that the activities of active oxygen eliminating enzyme of rice seedlings increased.Quantitative RT-PCR showed that the transcript expression level of Os HAK7 and Os HAK10 was increased by 2.5 times and 3.4times respectively under salt stress with biochar-leach liquor. All these results suggested that the biochar-leach liquor could effectively promote the antioxidant ability, and further improve salt-tolerance of rice seedlings.
