不同寄主植物对B型烟粉虱寄主选择及生长发育的影响

摘  要:
在(26±1)℃、相对湿度(70±5)%和光照L:D=14:10条件下,探讨了B型烟粉虱对甘蓝、番茄、甜椒的选择性,研究了3种寄主植物对其生长发育的影响。结果表明:在3种供试寄主植物中,B型烟粉虱成虫最喜好番茄,其次为甘蓝。B型烟粉虱在3种蔬菜上均能正常生长发育,且种群均呈明显增长趋势,但B型烟粉虱若虫的发育历期、存活率、成虫寿命和产卵量等均随寄主植物不同而存在明显差异。在番茄上,若虫的历期最短、存活率最高、雌成虫的寿命最长,单雌产卵量最高,种群内禀增长率最大,说明番茄比较适合B型烟粉虱的种群发育。

摘  要:
The selection of B-biotype Bemisia tabaci from among tomato,cabbage and sweet pepper and the effects of those host plants on B-biotype Bemisia tabaci growth and development were studied in the laboratory at(26±1)℃,(70±5)%RH and a photoperiod of L:D= 14:10.The results showed that B-biotype B.tabaci liked tomato best of those host plants,and cabbage next.B-biotype B. tabaci could grow and develop normally on those host plants,with its population assuming an obvious upward trend.But there were significant differences in the larva development duration,survival rate, adult longevity and egg production capacity among host plants.The shortest larva development duration, the largest survival rate,the longest female adult longevity,the highest egg production capacity and the highest intrinsic rate of the population occurred on tomato plants,indicating that tomato was a comparatively suitable for the population growth of B-biotype B.tabaci.
