不同激素处理对天山樱桃绿枝扦插生根效果研究

摘  要:
【目的】有效利用绿枝扦插技术探索天山樱桃无性繁殖方式,比较研究不同种类不同浓度生根促进剂对天山樱桃插穗成活率和扦插苗质量的影响。【方法】以野生天山樱桃当年生半木质化枝条为扦插材料,分别以不同浓度的IBA、NAA、ABT和IBA+NAA为外源激素处理插穗,对天山樱桃绿枝扦插生根情况进行统计分析。【结果】不同种类不同浓度的生根促进剂对天山樱桃的平均生根数、平均根系长度和粗度都有极显著的影响。【结论】进一步采用主成分分析发现以浓度为600 mg/L的ABT处理时扦插条根系长且粗,生根数量多,苗木质量高,扦插效果好。

摘  要:
【Objective】In order to utilize cutting technology effectively for exploring vegetative propagation way,the study examined the effects of different rooting accelerator types and concentrations on cuttings rooting surviving rate and cutting seedlings quality. 【Method】In this study,we investigated the effect of different hormones( IBA,NAA,ABT and IBA + NAA) on the rooting of Cerasus tianschanica Pojark semi lignified new growth collected from wild fruit forest. The rooting ability was studied by measuring rooting situation. 【Result】The results showed that there were significant differences in the rooting rate,average rooting number,average root length and root diameter among different treatments.【Conclusion】The comprehensive assessment indicate that rooting effect was better after analysis on principal components of the cuttings that were dipped in ABT with a concentration 600mg / l than with other rooting accelerants and concentration.
