Study on Appropriate Pattern of Absorbable Amino Acids in the Small Intestin of Aohan Fine Wool Sheep

Nine half-sib Aohan fine wool sheep with body weight of 35～45 kg, fitted with permanent cannulas in the rumen, proximal duodenum and terminal ileum were used for the experiment. The sheep were divided into three groups using meth- od of random block experimental design. Three kinds of absorbable amino acid pattern in the small intestine were M_(100), M_(85) + H_(15) and M_(70) + H_(30) in each group, respectively. The experiment was conducted to find a relative balance and appropri- ate pattern of absorbable amino acids in the small intestine of Aohan fine wool sheep in favor of wool. The results showed that meliorative absorbable amino acid pattern in the small intestine increased the ability of wool production of Aohan fine wool sheep. In this experiment, the appropriate pattern of absorbable amino acids in the small intestine of Aohan fine wool sheep was M_(70) + H_(30).
