杉木播种品质的遗传分析与空瘪涩粒成因探讨

摘  要:
为了重建杉木种子园提供建园双优材料和经营管理好已建成的杉木种子园,本研究以遂昌杉木种子园中亲本无性系种子为研究材料,采用数量遗传学理论,研究播种品质性状的遗传变异性和遗传相关。与此同时,设计了检验空瘪涩粒成因的一小试,对杉木空瘪涩粒成因的"生态假说"进行检验,并采用数量遗传学中的线性模型理论,对空瘪涩粒成因的"生态假说"进行完善。试验结果是:杉木播种品质受强度遗传控制,并具有较大的变异性;同时播种品质性状间存明显负相关。据此得出结论:选育出播种品质性状优良的品种是可能的,直接降低种子的空瘪涩粒率,就可以间接地提高种子的发芽率。小试的分析结果是:空瘪涩粒率是受多因子综合作用和最低因子限制原则,既可从控制遗传的角度,又可从改善环境、利用遗传与环境互作的角度,来提高杉木种子的产量和质量。

摘  要:
In order to provide good strains with superior growth and better sowing quality for reconstruction of Chinese-fir seed orchard and better operation-management on seed orchard of Chinese-fir to have been built,here,using seed orchards of Chinese-fir in suichang as research materials,by means of quantitative genetic theory,genetic variability and genetic correlations among seed sowing quality traits had been studied. Meanwhile,one little test has been designed for inspection causes about hollow,kernel and woody seed,namely,"ecological hypotheses"to be tested,and the theory of linear models in quantitative genetics had been used,cause theories of hollow,kernel and woody seed of Chinese-fir had been perfected. The research results were that Chinese-fir seed sowing qualities were in a high degree of the genetic control; obvious negative correlation among seed sowing quality traits had been found. It can be concluded that selection and breeding excellent varieties of seed quality traits are possible,secondly,directly reducing the rate of empty,kernel and woody seeds means indirectly raising germination rate of the seed. The results of little test were that cause of hollow,kernel and woody seed rate were affected by a multiple factors and followed the principle of minimum factor limits. This results show that the seed traits improvement will be from genetic perspective,environmental perspective,also from the interaction between genetics and environments.
