黄绿木霉T1010对亚低温胁迫下日光温室番茄内源激素的调控效应

摘  要:
本研究采用黄绿木霉T1010(Trichoderma aureoviride 1010)制剂处理山东寿光日光温室番茄连作土壤,探索其对亚低温胁迫下日光温室番茄内源激素的调控效应,为应用黄绿木霉T1010调控农作物的重要农艺性状,增强作物对生物和非生物性胁迫的适应性,提高作物产量,改善作物品质提供理论依据和技术支持。以常规生产区作对照,重复4次进行对比试验。通过人工控制日光温室内温度(白天(16±2)℃,夜间(8±2)℃),使供试番茄经过3 d亚低温胁迫,分别测定其第1、3、5功能叶、嫩茎和花的四种主要植物内源激素赤霉素(GA)、玉米素核苷(ZR)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、脱落酸(ABA)的含量。结果显示:与常规生产区(对照)相比,黄绿木霉T1010处理番茄第1功能叶GA、ZR、IAA、ABA的含量分别提高51.76%、27.76%、133.62%、28.48%,第3功能叶GA、ZR、IAA、ABA的含量分别提高42.10%、33.16%、60.97%、119.40%,第5功能叶GA、ZR、IAA、ABA的含量分别提高42.52%、10.96%、127.97%、10.60%,嫩茎的GA含量降低19.26%,ZR、IAA、ABA含量分别提高10.43%、18.08%、19.48%,花的GA、ZR、IAA、ABA含量分别提高68.10%、12.09%、44.68%、3.76%。1/2黄绿木霉T1010处理番茄除嫩茎的GA和花的ZR含量有所降低外,其他指标均有不同程度的提高。进一步进行ANOVA分析,结果显示:亚低温胁迫下日光温室番茄以上内源激素指标除第5功能叶的ABA、嫩茎的ZR、花的ZR与ABA不同处理间差异不显著外,其他均达极显著水平。由此可见,在土壤有机质比较充裕的条件下,黄绿木霉T1010对亚低温胁迫下日光温室番茄功能叶、嫩茎和花的四种主要植物内源激素GA、ZR、IAA、ABA的含量指标均有不同程度的积极影响。

摘  要:
Regulating effect of Trichoderma aureoviride 1010 on the plant hormone of tomato under inferior-chilling stress((16 ± 2)℃ in the day and(8±2)℃ at night) for three days in solar-greenhouse was studied to gain information for the application of T1010 promoting the yield formation and product quality improvement of tomato under chilling stress in solar-greenhouse with two treatments(T1010 and 1/2T1010) and four repeats.The results showed that compared with the control,among these treatments,the content of GA,ZR,IAA and ABA of the first functional leaves under chilling stress treated with T1010 increased by 51.76 %,27.76 %,133.62 % and 128.48 %,respectivesly,the content of GA,ZR,IAA and ABA of third functional leaves increased by 42.10 %,33.16 %,60.97 % and 119.40 %,respectively,the content of GA,ZR,IAA and ABA of fifth functional leaves increased by 42.52 %,10.96 %,127.97 % and 10.60 %,respectively,the content of ZR,IAA and ABA of tender stems increased by 10.43 %,18.08 %,and 19.48 %,respectively,the content of GA of tender stems decreased by 19.26 %,and the content of GA,ZR,IAA and ABA of flowers increased by 68.12 %,12.09 %,44.68 % and 3.76 %,respectively.The level of above plant hormone of tomato treated with 1/2T1010 increased in varying degrees more than that of control in addition to the decrease of the content of GA of tender stems and ZR of flowers.It showed that T1010 had positive influence on the level of plant hormone under low temperature of tomato in solar-greenhouse.These results provided valuable information for the application of T1010 to regulate the growth and development of tomato under chilling stress in solar-greenhouse.
