Protective Family Structure and Basic Pension Level——Based on the Investigation of a Village in Central Shandong Province

China's aging process continues,which will be a long-term development trend for the population. To clarify the influencing factors of child support parental is of great significance to grasp the future pension model. In the central Shandong rural areas,the old man's basic material needs is generally met,but the life care and spiritual support have been ignored. Endowment autonomy in Jianghan plain area of Central China is stronger,and the elderly are protected by the system in south China,but in the central Shandong rural areas,the elderly are partly protected by the system. Under the condition of less liquid communityprotective family structure has protected the bottom line of the elderly. Protective family structure is shown as the bottom line of intergenerational pension rules, lacking brother competition relations,and the family-community structure of public and private division. Local social culture of protective structure can deal with endowment problem and ease the aging crisis to certain extent.Government should pay attention to protecting the traditional filial piety resources, strengthening the culture of family pension, and protecting public ceremony.
