畜禽产品中抗生素残留主要检测技术及应对策略

摘  要:
畜禽养殖中抗生素的不合理使用导致我国畜禽产品中抗生素残留问题时有发生。饲用添加或疾病防治是我国抗生素的主要消耗途径。从技术、管理双层面解决抗生素残留问题具有重要意义。在检测技术层面,当前常用的生物检测法和理化检测法具有检测时间长、前处理复杂、成本高等缺点,急需新型检测技术。作者对新型太赫兹检测技术及其应用潜力进行了探讨,又对解决抗生素残留的全流程监控体系的构建提出了思路。

摘  要:
The unreasonable use of antibiotics in livestock farming has led to the problems of antibiotic residues in animal products in China, Feeding or treatment of livestock diseases is the main consumption route of antibiotics in China. The biological detection method and physical and chemical detection method commonly used for antibiotic residues in animal products have the characteristics of long detection time, complicated front, high cost and etc. Terahertz spectroscopy has fast and non-destructive advantages and has a good application prospect in antibiotic residue detection. Solving the problem of antibiotic residues not only requires efforts in testing methods and monitoring systems, but also needs to strengthen and improve the use of antibiotics and improve the management of animals.
