粉单竹叶片生理指标的动态变化

摘  要:
为给粉单竹的丰产栽培及纸浆竹材的开发利用提供理论依据,对粉单竹叶片的光合特性、叶绿素含量、游离氨基酸含量、β-胡萝卜素含量和硝酸还原酶活性等生理指标进行测定。结果表明:粉单竹叶片光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,出现光合"午休"现象,上午8:30~9:30,叶片光合速率随着光照强度的增加呈直线上升趋势,在9:30出现全天第1个高峰值,16:30出现第2个高峰值;叶绿素含量与硝酸还原酶活性、游离氨基酸含量极显著相关;β-胡萝卜素含量高、保护光合机构能力强、光合速率大、叶绿素含量高、净光合速率大,反映出粉单竹体内N代谢旺盛,N素利用水平高,利于其生长发育。

摘  要:
In order to provide theoretical basis for high yield cultivation of Bambusa chungii McClure and development and utilization as paper-pulp bamboo,some physiological indexes were determined,for example,photosynthetic characteristics,chlorophyll content,free amino acid content,β-carotene content and nitrate reductase activity of leaf in B. chungii McClure. The results showed that diurnal change curve of photosynthetic rate in leaf had double peaks,and there was a significant midday depression; photosynthetic rate presented a tendency of straight climb with light intensity increasing from 8:30 to 9:30,and the two peaks occurred at 9:30 and 16:30. Chlorophyll content was very significantly correlated with free amino acid content and nitrate reductase activity. All the physiological indexes,high β-carotene and chlorophyll content,strong protective capability to photosynthetic apparatus,and high net photosynthetic rate,illustrated that nitrogen metabolism was vigorous and utilization level of nitrogen was high,which benefited to growth and development of bamboo.
