高分子助剂在25%硝磺草酮·莠去津悬浮剂中的增效研究

摘  要:
研究一种含高分子助剂的25%硝磺草酮·莠去津悬浮剂的理化性质、表征及室内药效。在传统水悬浮剂中加入功能高分子助剂,将部分水用油酸甲酯替代,制备得到含高分子助剂的25%硝磺草酮·莠去津悬浮剂。按照农药悬浮剂产品标准对其理化性质进行测定;同时对其动静态表面张力、接触角等理化性质进行表征;测试其对玉米田杂草马唐、龙葵、鳢肠的室内防效。试验结果为含高分子助剂的25%硝磺草酮·莠去津悬浮剂的有效成分含量、悬浮率、热贮稳定性、低温稳定性、分散稳定性均合格;含高分子助剂的25%硝磺草酮·莠去津悬浮剂的动、静态表面张力和对照样品25%硝磺草酮·莠去津可分散油悬浮剂一致;接触角测试结果表明,含高分子助剂的悬浮剂易在杂草叶片上润湿、展布、附着;含高分子助剂的悬浮剂对马唐、龙葵、鳢肠的室内防效和传统的25%硝磺草酮·莠去津可分散油悬浮剂相当。与传统的可分散油悬浮剂相比,含高分子助剂的悬浮剂,在药效相当的同时,制剂的稳定性提高了,制剂成本降低了,具有进一步推广应用的价值。

摘  要:
The paper aims to study the physicochemical properties and pharmacodynamics of mesotrione · atrazine 25%SC containing polymer adjuvants. A new type of mesotrione · atrazine 25% SC containing polymer adjuvants was prepared by adding functional polymer additives to traditional SC and replacing part of water with methyl oleate.According to the pesticide suspension product standard, its physical and chemical properties were measured. At the same time, its dynamic and static surface tension, contact angle and other physical and chemical properties were characterized.And the control effects of the mesotrione · atrazine 25% SC containing polymer adjuvants on Digitaria sanguinalis(L.)Scop., Solanum nigrum L. and Eclipta prostrata(L.) L. were tested. The content of effective component, suspension rate,thermal storage stability, low temperature stability and dispersion stability of mesotrione · atrazine 25% SC containing polymer adjuvants were qualified. The dynamic and static surface tension of mesotrione · atrazine 25% SC containing polymer adjuvants was consistent with that of mesotrione · atrazine 25% OD. The contact angle test results showed that the new SC containing polymer adjuvants was easy to wet, spread and adhere on the weed leaves. The control effect of the new type of SC containing polymer adjuvants on Digitaria sanguinalis(L.) Scop., Solanum nigrum L. and Eclipta prostrata(L.) L. was the same as the traditional mesotrione · atrazine 25% OD. Compared with the traditional OD, the stability of the preparation was improvedthe. The new SC containing polymer adjuvants can ensure the efficacy and reduce the cost of the preparation greatly, which has the value of further application.
