摘  要：
主要研究Cr6+胁迫对玉米种子萌发及幼苗叶绿素含量、游离脯氨酸等生理指标的影响,并测定了重金属在玉米各器官内的沉积量。实验表明,较低浓度Cr6+对玉米的芽、幼根生长及叶绿素的合成均有不同程度的刺激作用,而较高浓度则对以上指标起抑制作用。Cr6+在玉米各器官内的沉积呈明显的按根、茎、叶依次减少的趋势。

摘  要：
The effects of Cr~(6+) on the sprouting of maize,the chorophyll content of the seedling and the dissociated proline were studied.The accumulation of the chromium in different parts of maize seedings was detected.The experiment indicated that the chromium with lower concentration had different degree of effect on the sprout,the growth of the new root and the compound of the chlorophyll,while the heavy concentration was an inhabitor to the above mentioned characters.The concentration of Cr~(6+) in different parts of the corn took a reducing trend from the root to the stalk and last to the leaves.
