芦荟试管苗生根试验研究

摘  要:
以中华芦荟试管苗为试材,设计1/2M S+NAA 0.2 m g/L,1/3M S+NAA 0.2 m g/L,1/4M S+NAA 0.2 m g/L,1/4M S+NAA(0,0.1,0.3,0.4,0.5,0.6)m g/L共9个生根培养基配方,探讨其对试管苗形态指标、生根率及移栽成活率的影响。结果表明:(1)不同的生根培养基对芦荟试管苗的株高、叶片数、根数、总根长等形态指标具有不同程度的影响,其中尤以1/3M S+NAA 0.2 m g/L培养基显著优于其它培养基(P<0.05),但这些形态指标与培养基中的NAA浓度无显著相关性(P<0.05);(2)在以1/4M S为基本培养基的前提下,试管苗生根率与NAA浓度呈负相关(r=-0.805 5)关系,且相关性显著(P<0.05);(3)随着培养基中NAA浓度的升高,试管苗移栽成活率呈现下降趋势。

摘  要:
Taken zhonghua aloe test-tube seedlings as experiment materials,effects of different media on morphological indexes,rooting rate and transplanting survival rate were studied,which included 1/2 MS medium supplemented with NAA(0.2 mg/L),1/3 MS medium supplemented with NAA(0.2 mg/ L), 1/4 MS medium supplemented with NAA(0.2 mg/ L) and 1/4 MS medium supplemented with NAA [(0,0.1,0.3,0.4,0.5,0.6) mg/ L].The results showed that effects of different media on morphological indexes of aloe test-tube seedlings were different,such as plant height,leaves number,roots number,length of all roots,and 1/3 MS medium supplemented with NAA(0.2 mg/L) was better than others remarkably(p<0.05),but the effects was not relative significantly with concentration of NAA(p<0.05).In the basic medium 1/4MS,rooting rate of test-tube seedlings kept remarkably negative relation(r=-0.805 5) with concentration of NAA(p<0.05).Transplanting survival rate of test-tube seedlings descended,with concentration of NAA increased in media.
