细菌除草剂色杆菌属S-4马唐致病菌除草活性评估

摘  要:
采用谷氨酰胺合成酶抑制剂模型从马唐根际土壤中分离出一株马唐致病菌S-4,经鉴定为色杆菌属,对马唐抑制效果较好。测定其最优化培养条件为:在牛肉膏蛋白胨液体培养基上,250mL三角瓶装液量30mL,初始pH7.0 ̄8.0,活化24h菌种接种量为5%,210r/min,28℃发酵24h。安全性测定表明该菌对玉米和黄豆具有明显的促生长作用,对小麦有轻微的抑制作用,对黄瓜有明显的抑制作用,可见S-4是一株具有开发为生物除草剂的潜力菌株。

摘  要:
Chromobacerium pathogens S-4 with herbicidal activity was screened from rhizosphere of Digitaria sanguinalis using the glutamine synthetase inhibitor. The condition of S-4 in liquid fermentation was studied. The results showed that optimum liquid medium was PB. The optimum ferment condition were: initnal pH 7.0-8.0, seeds quantity 5%, rotation speed 210r/min , filling capacity 30mL in 250mL flasks, temperature 28℃ and cultural time 24hours. The influence of Chromobacerium on growth of the selected weeds were evaluated. It significantly enhanced growth of corn and soybean, while had slight inhibitory action on wheat and cucumber.
