小尾寒羊铜的营养盈缺状况研究

摘  要:
本试验旨在研究我国传统养殖条件下小尾寒羊机体内铜的盈缺状况,并初步探讨铜在小尾寒羊日粮中的适宜添加量。通过对小尾寒羊饲料资源和日粮配方的调查、肝脏和血液铜浓度的测定以及补饲试验等多种方法,发现产区典型日粮只满足推荐量的41.1%~96.5%;小尾寒羊的肝铜含量在157.60~176.49 mg/kg DM之间,血铜含量在0.70~0.72μg/mL之间,明显低于报道的正常值下限(肝脏铜:200 mg/kg;血铜:0.8μg/mL),说明当前饲养模式下小尾寒羊缺铜;补饲试验中采用随机区组试验设计在日粮中补饲5~20 mg/kg铜,试验组羊的最高日增重比对照组平均增加96 g(P<0.05),血液中铜水平显著提高(P<0.05),说明小尾寒羊产区日粮中补饲5~20 mg/kg铜可以改善小尾寒羊生产性能。

摘  要:
The status was studied on whether copper was surplus or lack in small-fat-tail sheep by the survey of feed resource and diet component,the measuration of liver and blood copper concentration,and supplemental feeding method.The range of copper concentration of the six investigated sheep diets was 41.1%~96.5% of the standard requirement of Chinese sheep.The liver and blood copper concentrations of all investigated areas were range from 157.60 to 176.49 mg/kg and 0.70 to 0.72 ug/mL,respectively,both of which were lower than standard requirement.The values suggest that on the current feeding system,extra Cu must be added to small-fat-tail sheeps.In supplemental feeding experiment,using the random block design,and adding 5~20 mg/kg Cu to the diet,the results showed that the maximal daily gain of trial group was increased by 96 g than that of control group,the blood copper was increased significantly,these suggested that adding 5~20 mg/kg Cu to the diet of small-fat-tail sheep of Shandong can improve the performance.
