高等教育教学改革的发展分析与教学成果的培育探讨

摘  要:
通过对2018年高等教育国家级教学成果奖相关数据和关注焦点分析表明,教学成果奖获奖地域、院校分布都仍然极不平衡,东部区域获得绝对多数,获奖院校分布中原"211工程"高校和"985工程"高校获得绝对多数,"一流大学"建设高校和"一流专业"建设高校获得绝对多数,成果依托"双一流"专业的占大多数。目前高等教育教学改革主要关注思想政治建设、以学生为中心、一流人才培养、需求导向、创新创业教育和国际化等热点,以及工程人才和在线课程等新增长点。因此,高等教育教学成果培育应遵循问题导向、特色培育、协同培育和先行先试等基本原则,高校要正确认识教学成果培育在"以奖促教"中对学校教学质量提升的重大意义,避免陷入为获奖而培育的误区。

摘  要:
Through the research and analysis of relevant data and focuses of the 2018 Higher Education National Teaching Achievement Award, it is shown that the award-winning regions and colleges in the teaching achievement awards are still extremely unbalanced, and the eastern region has obtained an absolute majority. Former ′211 Project′ and ′985 Project′ universities, ′double first-rate′ universities and ′double first-rate′ disciplines obtained absolute majority, and most of the achievements rely on the ′double first-rate′ disciplines. The teaching reform of higher education is currently concerned with ideological and political construction, student-centered, first-class talent training, demand orientation, innovation and entrepreneurship education and internationalization, as well as new growth points such as engineering talents and online courses. The cultivation of teaching achievements in higher education should follow the basic principles of problem orientation, characteristic cultivation, collaborative cultivation and pioneering new approaches. Universities should correctly understand the great significance of teaching achievement cultivation in ′promoting teaching with awards′ to improve the teaching quality, and avoid the situation of cultivating for the purpose of winning awards.
