几种植物水提液对油菜和萝卜幼苗的化感作用

摘  要:
以三裂叶蟛蜞菊(Wedelia trilobataL.)、艾草(Artemisia lavandulaefolia DC.Prodr)和五爪金龙(Ipomoea cairica(L.)Sweet)为供试植物,以其地上部水提液为化感物质,分别以油菜(Brassica ChinensisL.)和萝卜(Raphanus sativusL.)种子为受体,采用培养皿滤纸法进行化感试验,测定了三裂叶蟛蜞菊、艾草和五爪金龙的茎叶水提液对油菜和萝卜幼苗的根长、苗高和鲜质量的影响。结果表明,三裂叶蟛蜞菊、艾草和五爪金龙的地上部的水提液对油菜和萝卜幼苗生长有明显的化感作用,且不同浓度水提液对不同蔬菜的影响存在差异。总体上,对根的生长都有明显的抑制作用,且随着浓度的增大抑制作用明显增强;而对苗高的影响则表现为"低促高抑"。

摘  要:
Wedelia trilobata L., Artemisia lavandulaefolia DC. Prodr and Ipomoea cairica (L.) Sweet for donor plant, their overground parts of water extraction were used as allelochemical respectively, Brassica Chinensis L. and Raphanus sativus L. seeds were as receptor, allelopathy effects tests was carried out by thefilter paper method using petri dishes. Mensura-tion the effect of water extraction of the stems and leaves from Wedelia trilobata L., Artemisia lavandulaefolia DC. Prodr and Ipomoea cairica (L.) Sweet were tested on Brassica Chinensis L. and Raphanus sativus L. seedling root length, seedling height, fresh weight. The results showed that Wedelia trilobata L., Artemisia lavandulaefolia DC. Prodr and Ipomoea cairica (L.) Sweet water extract of overground parts has obvious allelopathy on Brassica Chinensis L. and Raphanus sativus L. seedling growth, and different concentrations of water extract had different effect on different vegetables. As a whole, they obviously inhibited the growth of root, and the inhibition was increased as the concentration increased, while there is "low to promote, high to inhibit" phenomenon in seedling height.
