摘  要：
为了提高学位论文的利用率,充分发挥学位论文的学术价值,突破传统纸本论文的限制,完善学位论文数据库的完整性,我们对本校未提交的纸质学位论文进行了回溯建库。探讨了回溯建库中平台的选择、标准的规范、具体步骤及系统功能等问题。

摘  要：
In order to improve the utilization of thesis,play dissertation full academic value,break the limitations of traditional paper thesis,improve the integrity of dissertation database,we conducted retrospective database for not submitting a paper dissertation.This paper discusses the platform choice,standard specification,specific steps and the system functions and so on.
