摘  要:
环形泰勒焦虫(Theileria annulata)病是我国北方地区对牛危害较大的一种血液寄生虫病,其传播者是缺缘璃眼蜱(Hyalomma detritum),往往引起牛只的严重发病和死亡。国内外对本病曾做过不少研究,但始终未找到一种特效的治疗药物和可靠的预防方法。 在泰勒焦虫病的免疫研究中,(1955)用配子体(gametocyte)制苗未能成功。等(1966)认为保护性抗体的产生与裂殖体(schizont)有关。兰州兽医研究所等(1972)通过试验肯定了裂殖体具有良好的免疫原性。目前,细胞培养的方法为裂殖体疫苗的制造提供了新手段。

摘  要:
The medium used in these studies was prepared by addition of folie acid to BLS and lactalbumin hydrolysate. The number of lymphoid cells parasitized by the schizonts of Theileria annulata was increased by more than five times within four days, and more than 95% of the passaged lymphoid cells were parasitized. Gelatin had good preserving effect on the vitality of the cultured cells.Vaccines prepared with the cells of the 5th, 9th, 15th and 17th generations caused no obvious untoward clinical reactions in the vaccinated cattle, and cells of the 6th and 9th generations could stimulate the production of gametocytes in the inoculated animals, while those of the 15th generation and upwards could not. Challenge trials by attacking the vaccinated cattle with 100 ticks (Hyalomma detritum) per animal showed that the protection rates were 66.67,83.3 and 83.3—100% with vaccines containing 1×10~5, 5×10~5—10×10~5, and 5×10~6 cells per dose respectively. The duration of storage of the vaccine was two months at 4°—6℃。 Protection was initiated 20 days after vaccination and may last for more than 82 days.From 1974 to 1976, 3, 215 yellow cattle and dairy cows were vaccinated in field experiments in two epizoatic areas in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Xinjiang uighur Autonomous Region. The vaccine was found safe to use, and the protection rates were 98.01 and 85.76% respectively. Cattle may be protected to survive the epizoatic seasons of theileriasis safely.
