高职食品类专业微生物检测课程设计与实践

摘  要:
从分析目前高职教学改革现状出发,结合《微生物检测》课程特点,遵循"六对接"课程设计理念,遵循任务教学的基本模式,将学生知识、技能和素质的培养贯穿教学全程,系统介绍了该课程的设计思路、设计方法及实施过程。开发了基本知识技能模块、综合技能模块、开放性任务模块三类具体的教学实施方案。实践表明,通过教学改革,学生课堂学习目标感、积极性、主动性大大提高,学生知识技能的学习效率有很大提升。

摘  要:
The design idea,design method,and implementation process of the course are systematically introduced in this paper. The result shows that students' learning objectives,learning enthusiasm and learning initiative are greatly improved,and students' learning efficiency of knowledge and skills is greatly improved too through the teaching reform.
