摘 要:
随着社会发展,人们对营养价值高、保健功效好的功能食品的需求日趋迫切。海洋功能食品凭借其优质的营养成分、独特的保健功效逐渐获得人们的青睐。现阶段,海洋功能食品的开发已成为海洋生物资源高值利用的一大研究热点。就海洋功能食品的生理活性成分进行了简要的概括,并对当前我国海洋功能食品及海洋生物高端制品的生产现状、存在问题及研发方向进行了探讨。

摘 要:
Along with the social development,high nutritive value and good health care efficacy function of food have urgent increasingly.Marine functional foods with its high quality of nutrition,unique health care efficacy are gradually favoured by people. At present,the development of marine functional food has become a research hot spot in the area of high value seafood resources. The physiological activity of marine functional food ingredients were briefly summarized,and the production status of marine functional foods and biological high-end products,existing problems and research direction were discussed.
