摘  要:
研究不同饲喂水平对35~50kg无角陶赛特和小尾寒羊杂交二代母羔的生长、屠宰性能及器官指数的影响.选年龄、体质量相近的杂交二代母羔(无角陶赛特♂×小尾寒羊♀)18只,随机分为3组,即自由采食组(AL组)、80%自由采食量组(IR80组)和40%自由采食量组(IR40组),每组6只.当AL组中试验羊任意1只体质量达到50kg时进行屠宰,测定其生长性能、屠宰性能及各组织器官的质量和生长发育情况.结果表明:饲喂水平对平均日增质量和平均采食量有显著影响(P<0.05);生长性能和部分屠宰指标随饲喂水平的提高而升高,3组之间差异显著(P<0.05);屠宰率AL组与IR80组和IR40组差异不显著(P>0.05),IR80组与IR40组差异显著(P<0.05);不同饲喂水平显著影响母羔内脏器官的生长与发育(P<0.05),但肝脏、头、蹄外其他组织器官质量占宰前活质量比例组间差异不显著(P>0.05).综上所述,饲喂水平对无角陶赛特和小尾寒羊杂交二代母羔生长性能和主要生理器官的发育具有不同程度的影响.

摘  要:
The effects of different feeding levels on the growth performance,slaughter performance and organ indexes of F2 generation sheep(Polled Dorset♂×Small Tailed Han sheep♀)from 35 to 50kg of live weight were studied.Eighteen F2 generation sheep(Polled Dorset♂×Small Tailed Han sheep♀)were randomly allocated into three groups with one group was fed ad libitum(AL group),and the other two groups were fed either 80%(IR80 group)or 40%(IR40group)of ad libitum.A slaughter trial was performed after the lambs in the AL group reached 50kg of live weight to determine the growth performance,slaughter performance and organ indexes.The results showed that:different feeding levels had significant effects on average daily gain and daily feed intake,and partial slaughter indexes among three groups(AL> IR80>IR40)(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in dressing percentage between AL group and other two groups(P>0.05),IR80group had significant disparity compared with IR40 group(P< 0.05);different feeding levels had significant effects on internal organ development of female lambs(P< 0.05).Besides,there were no significant differences in the ratio of heart,kidney,blood and other organ histology weight to live weight among each group except for liver,heard and hoof(P>0.05).In conclusion,feeding level has different effects on growth performance,weight and development of main organs of Polled Dorset×Small Tailed Han.
