鲜切莲藕自发气调包装的研究

摘  要:
以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)及聚丙烯(PP)为包装材料,研究其对鲜切莲藕的贮藏保鲜效果。结果表明:不同的包装材料均能在一定程度上防止鲜切莲藕水分及营养成分的损失,抑制鲜切莲藕呼吸强度,延长其货架寿命,且0.04 mm LDPE最适合作鲜切莲藕自发气调包装材料。

摘  要:
The effects of Modified Atmosphere Package materials such as,low density polyethylene(LDPE),high density polyethylene(HDPE)and polypropylene(PP)were studied for the storing and keeping-fresh of fresh-cut lotus roots.The results showed that all the tested materials could prevent fresh-cut lotus roots from losing moisture and nutrition to some extent by inhibiting the respiration,with the result of prolonging the shelf-life.0.04mm LDPE was the most suitable packaging material.
