黑米营养粉保健功能的研究

摘 要：
本研究探讨了黑米营养粉的保健功能。结果显示,黑米营养粉可以促进幼年大鼠生长,增加血清中Ca、Fe、Mg、Zn四种微量元素的含量,提高小鼠血液中血红蛋白及红细胞含量,但对白细胞无明显影响,还可以提高小鼠淋巴细胞转化率、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数,表明黑米营养粉有促进生长发育、改善营养状况、防治贫血、增强免疫功能的作用。

摘 要：
The experimental results showed that black rice powder can promote growth of young rats,increase contents of serum trace elements of mice,such as calcium,iron,magnesium and zinc,as well as contents of their hemoglobin(Hb) and red blood cell(RBC),but no obvious effect on white blood cell(WBS),and also elevate their lymphocyte transformation rate,celiac macrophage phagecytic rate and phagecytic index. So it can be concluded that black rice powder have the functions of promoting growth,improving nutritional status,preventing anemia and enhancing immunity.
