摘 要:
建立了4℃普通冰箱保存兔胚胎效果良好简易技术。以2-,4-,8─16-细胞和桑椹胚作保存试验,采用37℃体外培养及移植至受体的发育检测。60枚8─16-细胞期胚胎保存3天后体外培养结果,其中48枚胚胎发育至桑椹胚和囊胚,发育率为80%。22枚未保存的新鲜胚胎作体外培养时100%发育至上述时期。用保存的桑椹胚移植至24只受体母兔,17只(70.8%)妊娠产仔。共移植224枚胚胎,产仔75只,产仔率为33.5%。新鲜桑椹胚移植至52只受体,其中38只(73.1%)妊娠产仔,总计移植434枚胚胎,产仔182只,产仔率为41.9%。

摘 要:
A simple method for storing rabbit embryos was established. Embryos
of 2-, 4-, 8-16-cell and morula stages were stored in an ordinary refrige
rator at 4℃ for 3 days. Post-storage viability was assessed by either in
vitro culture at 37℃ or transfer to synchronized recipients. Of 60 embryos
of 8-16-cell stage, 48(80.8%) survived in culture and reached morula or
blastocyst stage. The corresponding survival for the nonstored control was
100% (22/22). Seventeen of 24 recipients (70.8%) that received stored em
bryos gestated and gare birth to a total of 75 young from 224 embryos
transferred (33.5% survival). Thirty eight of 52 rabbits (73.1%) that rece
ived nonstored embryos had litters, with a total of 182 young born from
434 embryos transferred (41.9% survival). Losses due to 3-days storage
were not significant.
