基于校企协同育人的农学类“3+1”人才培养模式探索——以黑龙江八一农垦大学为例

摘  要：
当前,随着人才竞争日益激烈,人才需求也呈现多样化,高等农业院校承担着培养高级农业应用型人才的任务,而校企协同育人是人才培养教育模式改革的必然选择。该文以黑龙江八一农垦大学农学院为例,通过调整培训方案、改革教学方法和教学手段、构建两师教师队伍、建立稳定的校外企业实习基地等措施,建立以市场需求为导向的育人机制,以适应21世纪高等教育人才培养模式改革的需要,为农业院校"3+1"培养模式提供指导和应用实例。

摘  要：
The social demand for talent has diversified trend with the international competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Undertaking higher agricultural colleges applied cultivating advanced agricultural composite application talents training task,talents Training Mode through "Cooperation of School and Enterprise" is the inevitable choice of reform on talents training pattern of higher education.In order to adapt to the reform of the talent cultivation model of higher agronomy education for the 21st century,in this paper,we take Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as an example,try to explore a "3+1' talent training model through the adjustment of personnel training programs,teaching methods and methods of teaching reform,the establishment of dual-teacher teachers in both schools and enterprises,and the establishment of a stable practice base according to market demand.
