耕作部件表面熔敷硬质合金耐磨性的研究

摘  要:
试验利用电弧在氩气的保护下,将含有Co、WC、TiC的混合粉末以响应面设计的方式熔敷在农业机械耕作部件常用65Mn钢上。用磨粒磨损试验机测试了熔敷层,并用SARS软件对熔敷层耐磨性进行响应面分析。结果表明:熔敷硬质合金可得到组织致密均匀结合良好的熔敷层。试验所制备的熔敷层耐磨性好,具有实践意义。

摘  要:
The arc, under the protection of argon gas, is used to clad the mixture powder containing Co, WC, TiC on the 65Mn steel commonly used in agricultural farming machinery parts in the form of response surface design. The abrasive wear testing machine is used for testing the wear resistance of deposited layer. And the wear resistance of the deposited layer is analyzed by the response surface analysis of the SARS software. The result shows that weld hard alloy will get organization uniform density combined with good deposition layer. The wear resistance of the deposited layer made by the experiment is well. It has the practical significance.
