Employ the host angle research property tube should stress the owner experiences,utilization experience theory.Thus,is advantageous to the property management company founds the brand,the development brand,is advantageous manages each work to the property the development,is advantageous expands the management scope to the property management company,obtains the good economic efficiency.The property management stresses the measure which the owner experiences may adopt includes:Revolves the owner to experience carries on the strategic plan,trains the staff,the establishment information system,experiences according to the owner carries on the routine work,the effective utilization experience environment and the reasonable using experience tool.
