响应曲面法优化红枣熊果酸微波提取工艺

摘  要:
为进一步研究和开发利用红枣资源,采用响应曲面法对红枣熊果酸的提取工艺进行优化。在单因素试验基础上选取试验因素与水平,根据中心组合(Box-Behnken)试验设计原理采用3因素3水平的响应曲面分析法,依据回归分析确定各工艺条件的影响因素,以红枣熊果酸提取率为响应值作响应曲面和等高线。结果显示,乙醇体积分数77%、液料比20∶1、提取温度76℃、微波功率300 W、微波作用时间90 s为红枣熊果酸微波提取的最佳工艺条件,可使红枣熊果酸提取率达2.686 mg/g。

摘  要:
The response surface methodology(RSM) was applied to optimize the extraction technology of ursolic acid from Zizyphus jujube for further developing Zizyphus jujube resource.The optimum extraction conditions of ursolic acid from Zizyphus jujube were determined by using Box-Behnken central combination design and RSM based on the results of single-factor tests.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were 77% ethanol concentration,20∶1 of solvent/material ratio,300 W and 76℃ for 90 s.The extraction rate of ursolic acid from Zizyphus jujube could reach 2.686 mg/g under the optimum extraction conditions.
