2007-2015年邯郸地区人工增雨特征及潜力分析

摘  要:
为了更加高效地开发空中云水资源,要求在制订增雨(雪)作业方案前对未来影响天气系统的特征及作业潜力具有清晰的判断,因而需要总结出邯郸地区适合开展增雨(雪)作业的天气类型.为此,普查了2007—2015年具有增雨潜力的降水日,并以天气系统的高度场(500 hPa)为依据,辅以地面场进行分类总结,建立了西风带高空槽型(西来槽)、蒙古低涡型、华北低涡(河套低涡)型、冷涡后部西北气流型4种类型,并利用物理量权重集成法进行邯郸地区增雨潜力分析,6—9月是邯郸地区增雨潜力最大的时期,3—4月增雨潜力也较大.

摘  要:
In order to develop the air cloud water resources more efficiently,there is required to have a clear judgment on the characteristics and operational potential of the weather system that will affect the weather in the future before formulating the operation plan for artificial precipitation(snow).Therefore,it is necessary to summarize the weather types which is suitable for artificial precipitation(snow)in Handan area.The precipitation days with the potential to increase rain from 2007 to 2015 were surveyed,which were summarized and classified based on the altitude field(500 h Pa)of the weather system and combined with the ground field,4 weather types were established,and precipitation potential in Handan area was analyzed by using physical quantity weight integration method.June to September is the period with the greatest potential of precipitation enhancement in Handan area,and the potential of precipitation enhancement in March and April is also great.
