作为世界上分布最广的作物之一,玉米主要被用作食物和饲料。随着科技的发展与加工技术的进步,玉米高值化加工业得到长足发展。本文系统阐述了玉米精深加工的主要途径及相关产品,并分析了当前玉米加工业存在的问题及未来的发展趋势。

摘  要:
As one of the major agricultural crops in the world,maize was always be utilized as food and feed.Recently,the process of maize had been developed greatly with the development of science and technology.The high-value process of maize and corresponding products was systematically introduced and the currently existed problems and its development trends were analyzed.
