山桃等3个树种叶片解剖结构的耐旱性特征研究

摘  要:
采用石蜡切片法,对山桃、柄扁桃、蒙古扁桃3种植物叶的解剖结构进行了显微观察,选择叶片厚度、角质层厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、栅栏组织细胞长和宽为观测指标。结果表明:这3种植物叶片均具角质层且细胞外壁加厚;气孔位于下表皮且具有空下室;具粘液细胞、含晶细胞;栅栏组织细胞排列紧密,维管组织发达等抗旱解剖结构特征。利用隶属函数综合评价法对其耐旱性进行排序,结果为:柄扁桃>蒙古扁桃>山桃。

摘  要:
The leaf anatomical structures of Prunus davidiana(Carr.)Franch,Prunus pedunculata Maxim.and Prunus mongolica Maxim.were observed under microscope by paraffin-cross section method.The thickness of leaf,cuticle,palisade tissue,spongy tissue and the length and width of palisade cells were chosen as observed indicators.The results showed that all the three tree species have cuticle and thicken cell wall,stomata are located in lower epidermis with substomatic cavity,all have mucoid cells and crystalliferous cells,palisade tissues arrayed compactly and vascular tissues developed well.The order of drought resistance arranged with subordinate function synthetic evaluation method was Prunrs pedunculata Maxim.> Prunus mongolica Maxim.> Prunus davidiana(Carr.)Franch.
