摘  要：
Office departments occupy an extremely important position in an organization. To do a good job in the office of agricultural scientific research institutions in the new era, we must follow the "five principles" of General Secretary Xi Jinping, constantly improve the quality of the staff, cultivate innovative thinking, and enhance the ability of business, organization and coordination, as well as the ability of staff and assistants.
