准定常流法测量内燃机脉动进气的瞬时流量

摘  要:
从物质导数的基本概念出发 ,导出了准定常流法的适用条件受相似准则 Strouhal数 Sr的限制。在用层流流量计测量 S1 1 0 0 A型柴油机进气流量的试验中 ,Sr的数量级仅为 1 0 -3 。通过瞬时流量积分求得的平均流量与用层流流量计实测的平均流量相比 ,得到了相一致的结果 ,这说明用层流流量计藉准定常流法测定瞬时流量是有效的。

摘  要:
The similarity criterion--Strouhal number Sr was derived from the substantive derivative in this paper. The Sr number is a limiting condition for applying of the quasi steady flow method to the measurement of the instantaneous flowrate. The measurement results of the intake flowrate of the S1100A diesel engine using the laminar flowmeter show that the order of the Sr number is about 10 -3 , and the mean flowrate from integrating the instantaneous flowrate over an engine cycle is coincident with the real mean flowrate from the laminar flowmeter. It is verified that the method of quasi steady flow using the laminar flowmeter is effective in measuring instantaneous flowrate.
