竹塑复合3D打印材料研制与性能表征

摘  要:
针对现有竹塑复合材料市场的研究,为满足家用桌面型3D打印市场对绿色环保型打印材料的需求,制备了一种以聚乳酸(PLA)为基体的新型3D打印复合材料。该材料在熔融性、力学性能等方面满足桌面级3D打印机的工艺要求。首先,通过实验得到180目竹粉为理想填充料,在添加剂改性研究方面,再通过大量对比实验分析比较了几种添加剂对复合材料的性能影响,得出以180目竹粉、聚乳酸、合成植物酯、润滑剂、马来酸酐共聚物、PCL按一定配比制备的材料效果优良。与国内现有的竹塑复合3D打印材料作比较后,该新型材料的冲击强度提升了30%,拉伸强度提升了40%,成本下降了5%。

摘  要:
According to the research of bamboo plastic composite market,a polylactic acid(PLA)-based new 3 D printing composite was prepared to meet the domestic Desktop 3 D printing market demand for green eco-friendly print materials. It met the technological requirements of desktop 3 D printer in the aspects of melting resistance and mechanical properties. Firstly,the 180 mesh bamboo powder was screened as ideal filler. Secondly,through a large number of contrast experiments,the effects of several additives on the performance of the composite materials were compared. Finally,it was found that the 3 D print composite material performed well as it was made of 180 mesh bamboo powder,PLA,synthetic plant esters,lubricants,maleic anhydride copolymers and PCL according to a certain proportion. In comparison with the bamboo plastic composite 3 D print materials available at home,the impact strength and tensile strength of the new material increased by 30% and 40% respectively,while the cost was down by 5%.
