高浓度高效氯氟氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂的制备

摘  要:
以水为介质,聚脲为囊壁材料,采用界面聚合法制备了30%高效氯氟氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂.考察了囊芯溶剂、乳化剂和囊壁材料的质量分数、固化温度和固化时间等对微囊悬浮剂的影响.结果表明,囊芯溶剂选用溶剂油150#,质量分数为30%时,微囊的冻融稳定性最好;乳化剂选用非离子型乳化剂SP 7123,质量分数为4%时,囊形圆整,冻融稳定性最好;囊壁材料选用二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)为聚合单体,质量分数为3%时,可制备出速释型微囊.50℃下固化3 h制备的样品,微囊形貌良好,囊间无粘连,热贮、冷贮、冻融试验均合格,样品质量稳定.

摘  要:
In this experiment, the lambda-cyhalothrin 30% CS was prepared by interfacial polymerization, using water as the medium and polyurea as the wall material. The effects of solvents and wall material content, curing temperature and curing time on the formation of CS were investigated. The results showed that the freeze-thaw stability of the microcapsules was the best when the solvent was 150 # and the mass fraction was 30%. The rapid-release microcapsules could be prepared when the wall material was diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI) and the mass fraction was 3%.
