摘 要：
开发了基于asp.net和数据库技术的网络化农机设备管理系统,并增加了顾客满意度模型作为决策支持模型。顾客满意度模型采用德尔菲法确定各指标权重,同时根据网上各顾客对设备及厂家满意度指标评分得出最终结果。该系统设计了决策支持模型的功能并列举了应用实例,为设备管理者提供了辅助决策管理方法。

摘 要：
Network farm equipment management system was developed based on asp.net and database technique,and customer satisfaction model was added.The weight of main index of Customer satisfaction model was defined by Delphi method,Then result of evaluating satisfaction extent of each equipment was gotten after customers giving score for each main index of model.The system designed functions of the model and gave an example,and it has provided an assistant decision-making approach for equipment managers.
